Books from Amazon are sent to you straight from the Amazon warehouse. Books ordered from my website are pulled from my personal inventory at home, signed, packaged, and shipped by me personally. This extra time and energy is reflected by the price.
I am happy to ship internationally as long as the buyer is willing to pay the extra shipping costs. International buyers may want to consider ordering from Amazon directly.
